Payment & Cancellation Policy
50% payment (within 10 days) is required to hold the reservation.
The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Payment must be made by check to a US bank or wire transfer.
If reservation is cancelled outside of 90 days, a full refund will be provided less 10% processing fee. If cancellation occurs inside of 90 days, a refund will be provided only for those days that can be re-rented.
This amount will be less the 10% processing fee. |
