IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CASA ‘B’ 

1.CHECK OUT TIME BEFORE NOON. THIS ALLOWS THE STAFF TO PREPARE THE CASA FOR NEXT VISITORS. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE LET US KNOW YOUR PLANS.

2. LET US KNOW HOW MUCH MAID SERVICE YOU’D LIKE
IE. HOW OFTEN WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR SHEETS CHANGED, HOW MANY FRESH TOWELS AND ANY OTHER CONCERN? BRING EXTRA TOWELS FOR THE BEACH. COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT DURING YOUR STAY. LINENS ARE USUALLY CHANGED EVERY 2ND DAY. YOU’LL HAVE A REFRIGERATOR UPSTAIRS WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

3. THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY AT THE POOL SO PLEASE USE CAUTION ESPECIALLY AROUND THE ROCKS; THERE ARE SPECIFIED AREAS TO ENTER
AND LEAVE THE POOL SO YOU WON’T BE HURT. LATE NIGHT SWIMMING REQUIRES THAT YOU NOT BE ALONE.

4. WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS WHILE ON THIS SITE OR
FOR LOST PROPERTY. THERE ARE LOCKED CLOSETS FOR YOUR VALUABLES.  THIS IS JUST A REMINDER FOR YOUR SAFETY SAKE.

5. A FAIR GRATUITY of 10% FOR HOUSEHOLD STAFF DURING YOUR STAY IS APPRECIATED
IF YOU COULD BE SO KIND.  THE STAFF WISH TO MAKE YOU FEEL CONFTABLE.

6. ANY PERSON WHO DESTROYS PROPERTY WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.

7.IF YOU HAVE GUESTS TO THE CASA,  PLEASE NOTIFY JODY OF THEIR ARRIVAL AND HOW LONG THEY WILL STAY. IF FRIENDS CHOSE TO STAY LONGER, A CHARGE WILL BE REQUIRED ( BASED ON CIRCUMSTANCES ).

8.CHILDREN UNDER AGE 12 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ADULTS AROUND THE POOL.

9. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF VISIT ARE ONLY REFUNDED 30%
OF COST DUE TO SCHEDULING PROBLEMS.
